All parcels are packaged in compostable, paper or recycled mailing bags. No virgin plastic mailers. Ever.
Vetted contents
Every parcel is opened, inspected and category-sorted. Unsafe items are removed and recycled responsibly, not resold.
Local logistics
We work with UK logistics partners and festival sites to keep transport miles short and fuel use low.
Re-circular retail
